Trust Equality Reports for 31 January 2012 deadline
Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust meets the specific duty of The Equality Act 2010 by publishing the following equality information to demonstrate compliance.
These reports cover patient and workforce monitoring, highlighting processes, initiatives and outcomes and how gaps will be addressed. They show how the Trust:
- has due regard to the need to eliminate discrimination, harassment and victimisation and other conduct prohibited under the Act
- has due regard to the need to advance equality of opportunity between persons who share a relevant protected characteristic and person who do not share it
- has due regard to the need to foster good relations between persons who share a relevant protected charateristic and person who do not share it.
