Single Equality Scheme

The Trust has now developed its first Single Equality Scheme which includes a three year action plan for improving employment provision and services to all sections of the communities we serve, ensuring that everyone receives high quality healthcare. The scheme covers all the equality strands including Age, Carers, Disability, Gender, Human Rights, Race, Religion or Belief and Sexual Orientation.
