Meetings of the Trust Board and how the Trust does its business in the widest sense of the word is governed by the Regulatory Framework, which contains the following documents:

These documents were approved by the Trust Board in 2007. They were reviewed in 2008, March 2010, March 2011 and July 2012, and some changes made - here is a Summary of Changes made which includes those from all reviews. All these changes have been incorporated into the documents at the above links.
