What if you have problems or questions while you are in hospital?

Previous: Going home

Please speak to your named nurse or the nurse in charge of the ward. If you do not feel able to do this, please ask someone to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) for you. PALS offer advice and support and help sort out any problems.

PALS at Barnet Hospital 020 8216 4924
PALS at Chase Farm 020 8375 6378

We hope that you are happy with your care and treatment but we know that problems can occur. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please ask for a copy of the complaints leaflet, which provides detailed information about the complaints procedure.

Any other questions?

If you have any other questions or worries about coming into hospital please contact the Admissions Office.

Violence and aggression will not be tolerated
