The aim of our Outstanding Staff Celebration and Rewards is to identify and recognise individuals, teams or services who perform everyday miracles to make an outstanding difference to the care and well being of our patients, their families or carers, or our staff.
The nomination can be a project, initiative or consistent contribution to exceptional service delivery in putting Patients First and Foremost and improving the working lives of our staff.
Please either print and fill in a nomination form and send it to the Communications Team, Home 4, Chase Farm Hospital, The Ridgeway, Enfield, EN2 8JL or alternatively you can fill in the interactive nomination form and email to CommunicationsTeam@bcf.nhs.uk

The OSCaRs Ceremony will take place on Tuesday 15 September at the Hendon Hall Hotel from 7pm as part of the Trust's AGM and Long Service Awards Ceremony.
