The Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Programme Board can categorically refute any claims that Barnet and North Middlesex Hospitals Accident and Emergency departments will be downgraded.
In fact, the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey (BEH) strategy will see an expansion of these services, not a contraction.
