Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust is due to hold 2 services, one at each of its main hospital sites, to welcome Fr. Tim Boniwell as their new chaplain.

Trust Chairman, Baroness Margaret Wall will present Fr. Tim to the Bishop of Edmonton, the Rt Rev'd Peter Wheatley, in a licensing ceremony at 12pm on Tuesday 9 February. The event will take place in the Chapel at Chase Farm Hospital.

Baroness Wall will also present Fr. Tim to the Bishop of Hertford, the Rt Rev'd Christopher Foster, in a second ceremony on Monday 15 February. This will take place at 12pm in the Prayer Room at Barnet Hospital.

Speaking about his new role, Fr. Tim said: "I am delighted to have joined the Chaplaincy Team at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. Since starting my job in September I have had a very warm welcome and am enjoying the challenges of helping to provide spiritual care at the two hospitals."

All members of the press and public are welcome to attend either of the two services. The Trust would like to congratulate Fr. Tim on his new role and looks forward to the work he will carry out on behalf of patients and staff.
