The Main Reception desk at Chase Farm Hospital has a new opportunity for Volunteer Receptionists to join our team. The Volunteer Receptionists will provide an initial patient/visitor contact for our Hospital, and must be able to perform the varied functions of this position.

Excellent communication skills are required. In addition, a calm personality and the ability to cope with patients who may be anxious or stressed is essential.  These voluntary positions are fully supported by permanent staff and full training will be given. The times that

Volunteers are needed are 8.30am-12.30pm or 12.30-4.30pm, Monday to Friday each week on a rostered basis.

Volunteer Receptionists will provide both a valuable and informative role for our Hospital, and will be greatly appreciated by both our patients and staff.
