Mayor of Enfield picks winners for da Vinci Robot Summer Grand Prize Draw

Five lucky winners were picked out of a tombola box by Jayne Buckland, Enfield's newest Mayor, on 23 July in the da Vinci Robot Summer Grand Prize Draw.

Around £2,000 was raised from ticket sales, which were sold to both staff and the general public. The prizes picked up by the winners were:

1^st prize 32" Samsung TV (winning ticket 09358)
2^nd prize London canal afternoon tea cruise (winning ticket 10744)
3^rd prize £100 Marks and Spencer vouchers (winning ticket 12700)
4^th prize £100 digital camera (winning ticket 06167)
5^th prize Bottle of champagne (winning ticket 15744)

All proceeds go to the da Vinci Robot Fundraising Appeal.

Averil Dongworth, Chief Executive, said: "It was a pleasure to have Jayne come and conduct the draw, and especially to hear her enthusiasm for the work our surgeons are doing with this new equipment. I'd like to thank her for her involvement, and also all those who bought tickets and sold them to their friends and colleagues. I'd also like to congratulate the winners, whom I've no doubt will enjoy their prizes."
