Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals have a vacancy for a Non Executive Director who will also chair the Audit Committee. The person we are looking for will have:

• Significant or senior level Finance experience gained within a large/complex and successful commercial environment, and be a qualified accountant with a recognised professional body
• Significant or senior level experience of achieving change management and transformation in a complex organisation
• A proven track record of high calibre leadership and delivery
