Accommodation

The Trust can offer single and married accommodation although availability is limited. Single accommodation is available at Chase Farm Hospital mainly in homes having 6 single bedrooms with staff sharing a bathroom or shower room, toilet and kitchen facilities. Application forms are available from the Accommodation Manager and these are required to be completed and a deposit equivalent to a month's rent must be paid before arrival. Tenants are issued with a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement in the first instance. There is a limited amount of family accommodation at Chase Farm Hospital and this accommodation is allocated in line with Trust policy.

The Trust also has links with external landlords. The Accommodation Manager has details of properties for rent by private landlords outside the hospital.
